I'm Russell Smith, Division Director in Berlin. Having worked for Meet from our London office for 5 years I took the step to lead our Berlin launch in September 2019, an incredible opportunity that allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and enjoy everything that a unique city like Berlin has to offer. Having moved into recruitment with just a limited knowledge of the industry I have come to appreciate so much about working within such a dynamic environment, from working in a team of ambitious and creative individuals to engaging with people at the forefront of such an innovative sector, I have had the opportunity to constantly develop throughout my time with Meet and am excited for the next steps.

Since launching the Berlin office in 2019, I have been responsible for shaping a team of quality orientated and highly attentive consultants dedicated to supporting some of the most innovative organisations throughout the DACH Life Sciences sector.
