I’m Laith, Senior Vice President of Meet’s East Coast business! Having been at the company since 2011, I played an integral role in the launch of our business in the States back in 2015 and was the first person to start working the US market from our London office before moving to New York city with Hannah Donaldson (CEO), to open our first office Stateside in Manhattan where we are still based to this day. It's been an incredible journey so far which has seen us grow exponentially year in year out and I look forward to continue playing a leading role in the growth of our East Coast, and in turn US and Global business for years to come!

As SVP of our East Coast business, I act as part of our Global Senior Management Team responsible for developing strategic plans, building, and maintaining a regional leadership team and assuming full responsibility for the client and personnel development within my region.

My role is to develop the framework through clients, processes, and people to secure year on year financial, succession and client growth. Working closely with the Global CFO to develop appropriate forecasting and revenue management models.

I love the fact that we are playing (a very small but important!) role in shaping the future of global health, with the pandemic really highlighting how important this industry is for the future of this planet. I couldn't be prouder of what we do for our clients and candidates and wouldn't choose recruiting into any other industry or space. Not only is the industry robust and recession proof (as shown very recently!), it's also fascinating learning, hearing and speaking about what all these companies and professionals are doing in this space!
