I am a born and raised New Yorker and think NYC is the greatest city in the world. I love that there is always something to do here, as well as all the different types of people I've been fortunate enough to meet. I think this plays a big part in why I love my job, as I get to speak with people every day from different backgrounds and walks of life. 

I initially started my career as a news reporter but decided to make a career change in early 2017. I joined Meet in April 2021 after spending 3 years working at 2 different recruitment agencies. What drew me to Meet was the company's focus on providing a world-class service to both clients and candidates, and the family environment in the office. Finding a company that aligns with your personal goals and beliefs can be difficult, but I truly believe I have found that here at Meet. I guide candidates through the interview process from initial conversation through final offer stage, which includes everything from interview prep, interview feedback, offer negotiation, resignation management and more. 

I also work directly with our clients to support their critical hiring needs. On top of identifying talent, I provide market intel related to competitive salaries, best practices to hire top talent in a hot market and how to create a more efficient/streamlined interview process. The Life Sciences industry is fast-paced and always evolving. It's exciting to work so closely with Pharma and Biotech companies that are developing life-changing or life-altering medicines and devices.
