As Head of People I focus on Learning & Development of our global workforce. As the company grows so do my responsibilities: from a training point of view, but also promotion planning, welfare and reacting to changing business needs. My role has evolved, together with adding Jon - People Associate, to the team, I aim to focus on management training and development from a strategic viewpoint. Daily I am always looking at ways of improving the function & creating a dynamic training Academy that supports a new hires all the way through to managing a team and division.
I have focused on creating an onboarding programme that has allowed us to cope with a rapidly expanding headcount, we have also seen time to first deal & promotion reduce globally by circa 100% from 2016.
As a Head of People it is rewarding to play a part in our staff’s progression and successes and business growth as a whole. I am very excited for Meet’s future and the role I will play in connecting staff and facilitating development.
