Who is Refreshed Wellbeing?
We're a digitally based creative communications and media planning agency, specialising in brands that deliver health and wellbeing benefits to their customers. Now in our third year, our people combine consumer marketing experience with considerable professional healthcare expertise. This means are insights are driven by scientific and medical knowledge, underpinned by unparalleled understanding of how today's consumers and healthcare professionals see personal health and wellbeing. Our team understands the general digital media landscape, and has specialist knowledge of the digital media world for healthcare. By merging this with our healthcare, MedComms and consumer health and wellbeing strategists and creatives, everything we do is blended together seamlessly into clever, holistic, multi-faceted campaigns.
How was 2011 for Refreshed Wellbeing?
2011 gave us the chance to make a big splash, winning and delivering a major integrated digital brand campaign around Europe targetting HCP's for one of the world's leading pharma companies. We also won our first pan-European direct to consumer treatment awareness campaign for smoking cessation. Doing everything from strategy, to creative and through to media planning it's all due to launch soon.
We've trebled in size over the last six months, thanks to a series of new business wins and Meet's great recruitment skills!
The past year also gave us the opportunity to show our authority within the digital creative, strategic and media arena through the publication of several cutting-edge articles in top Pharma publications, including Pharmaceutical Executive Europe, Pharmafocus and PM Group.
What has driven this early success?
Our success can be put down to creating a unique agency environment, where individuals are able to release their creative fizz and express themselves through their work, combined with proven experience and understanding of how to reach and convert audiences for our clients. We're genuinely able to challenge convention and walk the talk when it comes to digital, unlike many traditional pharma comms specialists.
What sort of individual would do well at Refreshed Wellbeing?
Anybody joining our team would need to be a flexible, driven, creative individual who enoys a sense of fun in the workplace. They would possess a high level of mental dexterity and the ability to exist outside the traditional agency comfort zones. Robots and pedants need not apply.
