The Project Manager oversees the overall execution of the project and the coordination of the team while ensuring client satisfaction. The Project Manager serves as the primary customer contact but also has the product knowledge and technical skills to host interactive design sessions and draft technical specifications.

Understanding the clinical protocol and being able to advise on the practical and regulatory implications of certain design and implementation decisions is also a big part of the role.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Overall management and execution of the project within budget and coordination of the project team
  • Interpretation of the relevant client materials to assess all possible project deliverables in addition to those identified during the sales phase of the study
  • Working closely with the client’s project leadership to achieve the study goals
  • Direct activities of multiple projects and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring compliance to internal quality directives and industry regulations
  • Conduct international training sessions to groups of 100+
  • International travel required as needed

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences preferable
